Yes, children can participate in a sound bath, depending on their age and ability to sit still and relax for the duration of the sound bath. Younger children may have a shorter attention span, so shorter baths for kids may be more appropriate.

During a sound bath, the vibrations and frequencies emitted by the singing bowls resonate with the body’s cells, tissues, and energy centers, promoting a sense of harmony and balance.

During sound bath, you will typically lie down on a mat or cushion in a comfortable position while being immersed in the soothing sound vibrations of the instruments. You may experience deep relaxation, vivid imagery, dream-like state, a shift in your energy and/or feel physical sensations. It is a deeply personal experience and you are encouraged to just let go and allow the sounds to take you where they will.

It’s recommended to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion and/or an eye mask to make yourself comfortable while lying down.

Sound bath sessions can vary in duration, but they can range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
